Here at Morgan & Co we pride ourselves on giving a straight forward transparent service and on being there for you every step of the way whether you are selling or letting your property, we understand for most people this is a very daunting process.

Morgan & Co is owned and run by a local Leigh family who are committed to going that extra mile to help all buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. We have no dreams of becoming a national  company or franchising, we simply want to be known for providing the highest standard of service to the community of Leigh and the surrounding areas.

As part of our commitment to delivering the highest standards we are members of The Property Ombudsman (TPO) for both sales and lettings. This means we are governed by and work to the strict code of practice set out by TPO, our number one tip when choosing an agent would always be to choose a member of TPO whether it be Morgan & Co or another agent.

Our aim is simple, to sell or let your property for the highest achievable price, in the shortest amount of time while causing as little disruption to your daily life as possible. We do this by following five simple steps:

We Carrying out a ‘best price guide’ report which is unique to your property based on the current market by analysing recently sold and currently available properties within a set radius of your property.

2. Representing your property in the best light:
You can leave the description of your property up to us or have as much input as you prefer, after all nobody knows the true selling points of your property as well as you do.

You can also choose from standard or super wide angle photography.

3. Powerful Marketing:
We employ a variety of marketing methods both online and offline alongside  weekly networking in the process of making your property one of the most visible on the market. 4. Taking advantage of every lead:
Call’s are answered from 7am till 10pm every day of the week with unlimited viewings from 8am till 9pm seven days.

5. Communication:
Whether communicating with vendors, buyers, solicitors or surveyors we are committed to giving the clearest and promptest response to aid the smooth sale or letting of your property. We offer details of our recommended solicitors yet are just as happy to deal with others.
